Hello and welcome to my site! I'm Asmae, a writer, designer, copy editor, and photographer. I graduated from the University of Miami (UM) with a B.S. in Journalism and Psychology in 2017. At UM, I explored everything I love, from copy editing the newspaper to serving as editor-in-chief of UM's magazine, which won hundreds of national awards under my leadership.
Since then, I’ve worked as the Content Marketing Director and Head Content Writer for Wuilt, a rising tech start-up, gaining experience in content marketing, UX writing, copywriting, social media management, and more. I have served as a science writer for the Patient-Led Research Collaborative, covered science, health, and medicine as a journalist for Verywell Health, worked in the marketing and content development department of a prominent electrical engineering company, and been featured on NPR for my poetry.
Throughout my career, I’ve written over 300 articles and won dozens of individual awards for my writing, design, and photography, as well as hundreds for my editing.
