Acting as a liaison between technical experts and marketing, I helped shape complex industry insights into clear, structured, and audience-focused narratives that aligned with the company’s broader communications strategy. My role centered on elevating clarity, flow, and messaging consistency while preserving technical accuracy and the integrity of the original work.
In parallel, I independently designed the visual layout and formatting of each white paper from scratch, developing a clean, professional system that improved readability and reinforced information hierarchy. I established consistent design standards to ensure brand alignment while adapting each piece to its specific subject matter. This combination of editorial oversight and graphic design allowed me to bridge technical content with accessible, visually engaging presentation.
I also supported the coordination and publication process, ensuring the final assets were optimized for digital distribution on the Qualus website and aligned with broader thought leadership and marketing initiatives.
